We use NZ Post for shipping unless you prefer other shipping company. If that is the case, please choose the option Parcel Bag, to be arranged, upon check-out. We will then email you regarding the options. 

Shipping Day/s

All orders received Monday and Tuesday.  will be shipped the following day. Orders received from Wednesday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday of the following week.

Rural Addresses

If your address is Rural, kindly choose the option for Rural shipping. If you choose incorrectly this will result to delay of shipping your order. We will contact you to either ask for the payment of the price difference or ask for another address that is not a rural address.
