This Hoya is native to Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands.
This Hoya is a fast, robust grower.
Leaves: Deep green, smooth with very slight venation.
Flowers: Waxy pink flowers with streak of apricot/peach.
Scent: Very nice, smells like candy with fruity grape juice fragrance.

This Hoya is nicknamed ‘Hoya Welch’s.’ It has been given this name because the flowers smell like grape or fruity and some say exactly like the Welch’s grape juice. The pink flowers are so very pretty and the individual flowers are large in comparison to Hoya carnosa.
