Category: Big-leaf Hoya
This Hoya is found or discovered in Ban Ngong Ngoy, Thailand. Sometimes it is called Hoya carnosa Red and in New Zealand, it is sometimes being traded as Hoya pubicalyx Jungle Garden.
The flower is a little bit similar to Hoya pubicalyx 'Bright One' except the colour of the corona. The leaves however of Hoya sp. Ban Ngong Ngoy is bigger than the Hoya pubicalyx 'Bright One'.
PLANT CARE TIPS:
LIGHT REQUIREMENT: Requires bright light but this could be grown outside.
WATER REQUIREMENT: At least once a week or when the top 1-2 inch/es of the substrate is dry. Water less in winter.
MAINTENANCE: Low maintenance.
FERTILISER: I fertilise all my hoyas every two weeks and use foliar fertiliser once a month.
